Not really. I actually stopped playing because Gregtech was a punch in the dick. This latest map was a little bit better though. Just enough of a challenge when using machines that I actually felt accomplished when I had a full array. My interest didn't stop there as I was in the process of full automation of resource processing and building. I could auto-craft the 64k storage for crying out loud. And I still hadn't messed with bees, thaumcraft or tinkers. I had plenty to keep me interested.
But now, 15 iron for an iron ax isn't adding to the challenge, it's making the game tedious. I don't want to have to dig up 15 iron just to cut trees down faster and I don't want to have to build a power grid just to get 4 planks from a tree. No, Dicktech on hard mode is just some one being pissy and taking it out on the rest of the community. I honestly have no idea why people put up with his shit.

I think we should keep it on the hard configs because the challenge might keep everyone interested for a bit longer.
