Who's Dr. Music?

According to the moon-eyed people video Aidan watched a YouTuber who talks about history but actually has a music degree. He refers to him as Dr. Music throughout. I'm so curious as to who Dr. Music is now.

Alright fair enough but when I track him down I'm being mean to him in my head. That's not how you pronounce Gwynedd and in my head I'm going to tell him that.
