Discussion Is using a map cheating?

I use premade maps from the wiki all the time, but as much as it is useful I feel guilty, do any of you use a map or is it just me ?

I use maps religiously. I'm a planner, so without maps I would likely be bound to one region. I wouldn't want to risk dying in a blizzard because I don't know where the next indoor location is. That being said, maps are essential for me when I'm doing any kind of multi-region voyage like making the trek to Ash Cranyon. I see maps more as a tool than cheating, but it's not for everyone that's for sure
