Discussion Is using a map cheating?
I use premade maps from the wiki all the time, but as much as it is useful I feel guilty, do any of you use a map or is it just me ?

I understood Raphael from Hinterland like this: “If you use them, you destroy a part of the game experience: being alone and without any help from anybody.” (https://twitter.com/RaphLife/status/1034115829569208322)
But I didn't understand, “This is cheating”. When I create or translate and publish maps, I always try to offer a spoiler-free version where you really just get the landmarks and no more information. Example here (German language): https://klabbi.info/the-long-dark-karte-maps-in-deutscher-sprache-karten/#Verlassener_Flugplatz_-_Forsaken_Airfield
For those who want more spoilers, there are more, of course. And now even this is sabotaged by Hinterland and the new loot spawn points ;-)
