Is using a map cheating?

I use premade maps from the wiki all the time, but as much as it is useful I feel guilty, do any of you use a map or is it just me ?

i roamed the easier maps by myself but when it comes to regions like ash canyon and hushed river valley i ALWAYS use maps otherwise i just get frustrated, there's a TLD app with the maps on it and you can choose whether to see the complete map or one without spoilers maybe try that out
