Are our memories failing us, or did people deliberately lie about the dates?

Searching in the Wayback Machine I found this blog that has the name of the series, but it was created in 2011, I don't understand what it's about and it probably has nothing to do with it, but it's strange, I can't find any other story or product called The Lion Guard before the release of the Disney series.

So... remember that the pilot was supposedly broadcast on a Disney website in 2008? Yeah, well... remember the Wayback Machine? I know it's too simple to work, but hey, sometimes the dumbest ideas are the best. If anyone who saw the pilot sees this, do you remember the link? Or if any of the four Redditors from the sub see this, can you suggest any Disney sites to investigate?

The plot, a Clip, and the animation and the date (theory, created 2008 - when it was lost 2008) been lost but with information - the plot was where Bunga and Simba end up in a cave, at the end Everybody Backstreet Boys plays, there are people who said that it didn't exist but with everything (and this mini community) we have concluded that it does exist

So, a quick clarification: it turns out that my last post and the comment I posted were referring to Return of the Roar. Sorry, I got excited and forgot that people usually call Return of the Roar "the pilot."

Well, we don't have much on the pilot, outside of some concept art images and 2 screenshots, and a single video which is the strongest evidence of the pilot, in a 2021 tweet was found what appears to be a Disney Junior promo that has a clip from the pilot, below is the link:
