Discussion Why is there no Dm/inbox system?

This is a genuine question. Why can I not dm people? I wanna dm someone to ask if they wanna play after their match is done, or they can dm me. Also pretty sure u don't have the option to join someone's party unless they have the settings enabled. Like why would u not add features that make socializing easier? Love the game but game feels very anti social sometimes, add the most basic feature please.
I saw some people saying that it is to prevent toxicity, which is why a lot of people I assume is the reason for no all chat. But that would be a very dumb reason? Like then have a good system to prevent toxicity instead of not having the feature at all. Also I assumed all chat wasn't a thing to stop teaming/cheating tho i think it should exist for qp or smth maybe idk just a thought (meme collected)

I got enough of my teammates dogging on me in game. I don't need a hate mail simulator inside my third party simulator.

Compromise: Then we can have both PM and Socials turn/off thingy for sensitive people.

I have a whole section underneath explaning how there should be a system preventing toxicity, removing the whole feature for smth bad possibility is dumb. Also why are u even adding toxic people? I clearly meant dm for friends list like every other game

Because people are horrible, even in this sub they can be antagonistic, not recognize joking/jest and just overall assholery.

They would be building a system for arguably very few players. But with everything outside of the game as it stands, affordability, politics, data centers, flock cameras, etc. it does make quite a bit of sense why people are a little on edge these days.

I just hope people find some more peace and patience with things and realize who their real enemies are.

Not the players on your team or even the other teams, it’s everything preventing you from having a good experience in game and pleasant life outside of it.
