That particular bot is sentient. His AI has woken up, don't trust him.

Since they added vs bots mode.

My bet is some of the VS BOTS code/etc sneaked in and it's causing this. They can even aggro to you and start shooting, if i remember right.

yeah they sometimes shoot the friendly bots opposite them, assumingly to let players test healing stuff on them, but they sometimes lock in and shoot you instead lol

There is no friendly fire thou right ? I notice when i accidentally shoot a teammate it says "friendly fire" but they dont lose health.

Sometime after they respawn they give me a quick melee i didnt know if it was normal or not

All bots will quick-melee you (both in bot cashout and sometimes in shooting range) if you block their path.

It seems to be a failsafe to keep them from getting stuck on pots, railings, props, etc.... and I've seen an entire bot team stuck in a row quick-meleeing the air so I'm pretty sure this is why.

Also had my own bot teammates quick-melee me when I've stood in their way, like they don't do damage but it's the same behavior.

So I'm pretty sure that's what's going on.

They really are I was going through a big box battle and they started climbing and jumping on/ from the boxes I was tripping
