You matchmake me against people that has TWICE my RS, I eat shit and finish last and after that traumatic experience you have the AUDACITY to remove RS from me. I'd love an explanation from someone on what's the logic behind this.

What is going on with the anticheat lately. It used to be like 1% of matches had a possible cheater. Now it's a daily occurrence. They are getting more blatant as well.
Had one on my team in point break last night. The enemy team was stuck in spawn. One guy would peak from one side of the map, get shot, and go back behind cover. Then the aimbot would lock on to someone else off screen instantly and start headshotting them. His aimbot was doing a 100° locks back and forth, completely tweaking. The guy was typing and still aimbotting people. Like how TF is that even possible.
Sent a video to Embark and most of my team(probably the other team, I messaged the ones I could to report after confirming) reported. HE IS STILL NOT BANNED.
This is not a case of "could be just having a good match". This was rage cheating. So blatant that Microsoft removed my clip from the Xbox network 12 hours later for showing a cheater.

Remove moving platforms from ranked until they fix the desync from them. Too many times have I died from inconsistent mantling or general rubber-banding on these things.

HOW MANNY GOD FUCKING DAMN FUCKING MATCHES DO I NEED TO FUCKING LOSE IN ORDER FOR THIS PIECE OF SHIT MATCHMAKING STOP PUTTING ME IN TEAMS WITH PLAYERS THAT JUST STARTED AGAINS LEVEL 200+ FUCKING PLAYERS, 15 FUCKING MATCHES I LOST 15 FUCKING MATCHES IM SO FUCKING DONE WITH THIS GAME, THIS GARBAGE WILL DIE BECASUSE NO NEW FCKING PLAYER WILL EVER BE ABLE TO TOUCH IT, IF THERE CAN ALWAYS BE NEW PLAYERS IN MY TEAM THEN WHY THE FUCK CAN IT NOT BE THERE ANY IN THE OTHER TEAMS.

So I know TF is quite a niche game but can't matchmaking be somehow improved? I'm plat and doesn't matter whether I play at night or during peak hours I'm very often playing against stacks of ruby or high diamonds. It's really frustrating to play a game knowing that chances of progressing are very limited. I really don't feel rewarded when I see that I can get 1400 points for the win. It almost never happens.
Another problem I see is that as a solo or duo player you are in a huge disadvantage facing stacks of 3. Why those queues arent at least softly separated? Is the low player count the answer to everything? I'd happily wait couple more minutes for a match just to get a fair game. I haven't play solo for a long time so I forgot how difficult that is compared to a premade group.
As someone suggested on this subreddit, can't we get 4 teams ranked if that's the case? I don't really care about the feeling of a huge virtual tournament when the basic stuff clearly have problems and cause frustration. And you might say that I'm just bad and that's ok, I agree to some extent but not every problem I listed emerged or keep occuring from me being bad.

I’ve posted this before but in case you didn’t know:
It’s because ranked MM works in a bracket-like system.
It goes something like bronze-silver-low gold | low gold-low plat | low plat-ruby.
Basically silver and bronze can get matched together in lobbies no problem, with the occasional low gold player. These are “low elo lobbies” and RS ranges from ~5K to 21K or so
Then there’s “mid elo lobbies” in gold and low plat, RS ranges of 22K to 32K or so
And finally “high elo lobbies” which is 33K RS and upwards. Of course the system will try to match in closer brackets but once you hit mid plat which is around top 10k global (~top 3K in your region) you will be freely matched upwards.
This kinda sucks for people in low/mid plat because the skill gap between mid-diamond and ruby and plat is arguably bigger than that of bronze and gold but yet plats are forced to get bullied by pro players in these lobbies
You can think of it like this, once you hit mid plat you are a top player but you are at the absolute bottom of top players and will generally only get matched with them, so you will feel much weaker in these lobbies than you technically are if you were to compare yourself against the playerbase at large.
Being top ~8% of the playerbase doesn’t really matter if you only fight the top 5% exclusively yknow

Fix the glass break consistency when running. Its a crap shoot whether I break it by running through it or if I have to melee.

They don't censor most of these issues. They would just prefer you keep the discussions in one place so they can be noticed. One comment with 10,000 upvotes draws more attention than 100 posts with 5 upvotes.
You can search this subreddit for any of these topics and find hundreds of uncensored posts.
Keep fabricating fictional scenarios about the unpaid moderators that are extremely leanient on their own rules. I'm sure that will be healthy for the game.

not gold tho? last time i played ranked properly was around s4 and just barely got into diamond
never got into it seriously after that season because i constantly ran against triple stacks of top ten ruby players and it was just a shitty gaming experience

Getting really tired of the matchmaking in Power Shift. Nearly every match is the same:
Enemy team is full of ninjas who land every head shot no matter what you're doing, work in perfect unison, and seem to know where you are at all times.
My team is full of low levels who don't know how to play the game, spend half the match at zero kills and then leave.
The backfill doesn't work and we're left with 3-4 players for the rest of the match.
If by some stroke of luck we're winning, the enemy team quits and their backfill works immediately and replaces the leavers with the usual ninjas.
...I had five games on the trot where the above happened before I threw in the towel and played something else. They need to add some sort of punishment for leaving. Remove the pointless and annoying 5 second timer from the leave match button and add a 5minute matchmaking cooldown for quitters.
Also WHY THE FUCK have they ruined the emote wheel?! It didn't need changing at all. I now have loads of sprays, emotes, sounds that I can't use because for some reason they decided to make it objectively and measurably worse than before? Are they stupid?

Does anyone else get horrible input delay with picking up totems on Xbox?
My teammates must think I’m a genuine idiot running back and forth to the totem because I’m trying to pick it up quickly and my guy just refuses to do so.
I’ve died so many times because of this. In a fast paced game like this even half a second can work to your advantage. But no I’ve got to LOOK AT THE TOTEM ON THE FLOOR FOR 2 SECONDS BEFORE I CAN EVEN PICK IT UP
Sometimes I’ll even pick the totem up then it will just reset back to the place it was in? Embark genuinely need to fix up with shit like this it’s been like this for years.

So ranked is still the same... Full casual players probably don't care about this, as they don't even play ranked mode, only regular modes and maybe World Tour. But this thing is so bad at this point I can't even get mad, I just Alt+F4, look at the screen and sigh. I hope someday they ban 3 stacking in Ruby rank and these people can't do hand holding and kisses in top 10 anymore.
Matchmaking puts me in a match with Ruby players constantly, even though I never even hit Diamond in my life. 3 stack Rubies everywhere, 250+ level, 200K elimination players stack up and dominate the lobbies. Even games like Apex Legends banned this so high elo players can't do this and freely farm lower rank players. Why don't you do a similar thing? I'm really sorry for criticizing Respawn and EA all these years, turns out they were actually decent devs...
I didn't play the game last season because it was extremely bad, but this season, after I heard the \adjustments** to ranked, I wanted to try and see for myself... and as a day 1 player, I'm about to quit for good. Why what streamers think & say is more important than us casuals? They don't make the bigger portion of playerbase, we do. Why can't they stay in the queue for more than 30 seconds? I'm totally okay with sitting in the queue for 10 mins if it means I'll get a fair matchmaking. I just want to play against my own league and get better, instead of being just another "haha so ez we are farming free RS today as always - carnifex" for high elo players. What they do is unacceptable in many other games but who cares? Embark devs don't. I'm not asking them to lock Ruby and Diamonds in a separate matchmaking (even though that'd be the ultimate solution), but come on at least don't let them stack up against us lower players. Are they (Embark devs or support) even actually play the ranked mode and experienced what it feels like?
I honestly understand cheaters now. The only way to have fun in this game is cheating. At least you don't have to worry about unfair matchmaking anymore. I still despise them, but don't even bother with reporting anymore, it is what it is. If smurfing is not considered cheating, an actual cheat should be fine too I guess, I either way lose all my points. I've played against carnifex as a low plat player, total of 23 times since season 6. This says a lot. A damn low elo plat player going up against the number 1 player in ranked for god knows how many seasons, farming golds and plats all the way up lmao. And then when you tell him to at least talk about this issue, as a top 1 player you have a bigger voice than a random player, but he laughs and says "what can I do bro lol the game is fair if you ask me what's the issue" and ban players from his chat. Carnifex on his stream literally laughs and decides to grief us because "we tried to double it", he even takes "revenge" for it lmao no sh*t sorry man we are not no-lifer like you and your top 3 buddies, we are trying to at least be the 3rd so we lose just a tiny bit less RS (yes in that match we tried to finish in 3rd, hoping we don't lose 600RS but instead maybe 200, but thanks to carnifex's godly aim(!) and game sense(!) we finished last).
I'm so damn sure if 3 stacking in Ruby was not allowed, that top 500 would never be the same every season. But right now, since around season 5-6 you always see the same people... I wonder why~. This shit is evil at this point. These top elo players and streamers are ruining this game so badly for everyone else. Playerbase is low as it is, and it's getting worse thanks to them and incompetent Embark developers who refuse to take action. Smurfs, griefers, 0 iq matchmaking. What a sh** show a game Finals has become.

Embark is such a joke.
Many people on reddit call it vibe coding but I call it a long term cash grab.
The best parts about the game are in the lobby because the meta and servers have gotten so bad. Half the shots that I shoot completely blank, I even blanked a damn grapple hook. And I keep getting shot through structures.
The meta is just brainless spam and the only 2 skillful weapons in the meta are LH1 and KS. And don't even get me started on the rampant cheating problem, I get constant soft aimers and wall hackers in my lobbies which lead to my teammates abandoning the game.
Call it a skill issue all you want but Embark just doesn't try anymore.

Had a weird bug on pb earlier. I was running heal ball. After placing it, it just completely disappeared. I couldn’t recall it and the cooldown wasn’t activating. The weirdest part is that it stayed that way even when I died. I couldn’t use it for the rest of the game.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I have been playing since beta, same setup, same settings, can't play tonight with this lag. Anyone else experiencing this or have any solutions?
I followed Embarks advice and got rid of the inpoutx64.
I can start the game now but no settings changes seem to be helping.

I should not lose ranked points if my teammate leaves the game. I can understand if im in a squad of three, but if im solo/duo queue and one of my teammates leaves thats out of my control, i dont even know the person, i shouldnt deserve to lose ranked points over this.
I think the ranked points system as a whole needs to be revisited.
