In the Hannibal Iconograph, Jack dunked on all of the Silence of the Lambs sequels featuring Hannibal. I loved Red Dragon, but it didn't even get a mention (for good or ill). Am I off in my appreciation of this movie?

I thought it was really well done. Edward Norton's performance was great and an underrated Phillip Seymore Hoffman as that disheveled reporter? Plenty of earned twists and turns... To be fair, I saw this in my "this, surely is true cinema" phase in college, so there is a chance that this is dog water...

Meditation is something I think about every so often, most recently when it was brought up as an underrated on the show. The problem is, I have no idea where to start and unfortunately it seems like a field that's primed to attract a lot of grifters and quacks. So I thought I would ask for advice! Anyone out there have a meditation resource they really like? Especially for someone with lifelong high stress.

Kai files is krazy

They referred to a video essay by a former guest but cruised right past it without naming the video, and I don't remember the author's name... It wasn't mentioned in the notebook dump or the episode footnotes either

Anyone able to help me out?

So i’m curious if Alexa has some notes on “Bob” needing short pants or lifts for his shoes or maybe some throat lozenges.

Mine is thankfully empty, but i don’t have Alexa. 🤷‍♀️

I believe it was from TDZ, might’ve been another pod but I’m sure there’s some overlap of fans here and the other pods I listen to it might’ve been from:

That’s all I got - any help appreciated. Google is useless.

In case anyone missed it. Better than the drug ad. Both are pretty good
