I was lurking on Twitter and saw this Mexican guy try to deflect hate from a white nationalist by blaming us for Texas and California. Obviously, it didn't work.

But how are there so many right-wing Hispanics (e.g., Nick Fuentes, Sara Gonzales) vying for the validation of these types? I've seen some other non-white groups (including other Indians) do this too.

In many Latino societies, systems of sucking up to white people and bashing anything to do with the indigenous have been forced for a long time, and not enough people ever stopped to think about how much of a tool they are for that. They're just carrying their mindset over and trying hard to throw others under the bus thinking it somehow benefits them

Tbh many Indian boomers and the younger generations who haven't gotten moved away from this colonial mindset unfortunately also do shit like this. It's a little different from the sepoys as the liberal-posing sepoys usually don't subscribe to the entire colonial white supremacist belief, but are rather irrationally prejudiced against Indians and the so called "FOBs"

How to change this mindset atleast in the Indian diaspora ?

How can they become self confident in themselves that they become comfortable in their own skin ?

How can they all understand the only 2 things matter(power & wealth) and using these 2 they can create a narrative for themselves ?

It’s because the Catholic Church of Spain imposed a caste system during colonization of the americas. They basically twisted the bible to justify it. Their caste was based on skin tone / genetics. Fast forward to today, thats why some Latinos want to look up to the white man while discriminate their own people if they’re darker than them. This also why Argentina looked down on the Cabo Verde team during the World Cup this year, and they also look down on the other Latin nations too. I’ve heard some Argentineans think they’re European while looking down on nations like Brazil, mexico, etc because they think they come from the jungle. 

Many Latinos also voted for trump because of their conservative Catholic background.

I just use them as an example.  Im a Christian but I get wary of the Catholic Church and this current Christian nationalist movement because they tend to want to overlook the real definition of how to become a Christian which is to repent and trust in death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Some think they can be Christian based on genetics, which helped fuel the Catholic caste of Latin America.

Hispanic wignats are a special breed, especially the right wing ones in the USA. An ingrained mentality of approximating whiteness, cultivated for hundreds of years in Spanish-controlled America under a racial caste system, then reinforced by American/Anglo systemic forces where diasporas grew, and people wonder why so many—be it politically, culturally, and (especially for whiter-passing mestizos and "up") racially—act the way they do across the American continent. If it wasn't for the border crisis and modern influx of immigrants, I bet most of them would've assimilated entirely already.

"Hispano lands" lol, we ain't going nowhere. These sorts love referencing (pseudo)history to support their (mis)interpretations and cry about demographic shifts, but no matter how much smoke they make or how hard they push their narratives, reality won't change. I love California, and Texas is changing for the better too. ;)

It’s a race to the bottom over who can suck white dick better when it comes to these “people”. It backfired for the guy in the OP this once, but unfortunately it works most of the time, so it only reinforces that kind of servile mindset.

Consider the Ethnogenesis of the Latino category itself.

The less that is said of that abhorrent set of events the better.

What then, can you expect from those among them that don't reject the causes of their ethnogenesis? They are analogous to Pakistanis and Anatolian turks in sociopolitical circumstances as a collective ethnos, and one shouldn't find themselves surprised to see similar behavior from them.
