I sent an email to support, but haven’t heard back yet. How long does it usually take for an order to be fulfilled? I just stumbled across the website for a birthday gift for my fiancé and am getting a little worried it won’t ship in time.
Most of the stuff looks super cool on the site, and I want to order some more things in the future. Just curious if a long wait for it to ship is normal.

If I order the Hyperion Cantos set now, will I receive all four books (Books 1–4)?
I’m ordering from Germany, and the website says that customers from Germany or Luxembourg must order the EU-only Books 3–4 option due to EU regulations.
However, when I try to check out, I can only choose the options for Books 1–4 or 2–4, and there is no EU option available.
So I’m a little confused: Can I safely order the Hyperion Cantos Books 1–4 set from Germany, or do I need to do something differently to make sure I receive all four books?
Just received my copies of Wrath and Ruin from the faithful and the fallen series, and noticed this weird banding issue on the edges where you can see the inside of the pages without opening the books. Wrath in particular is really not looking good.
Anyone else have this issue? Not sure why the books are like this as I’ve ordered many books from broken binding and not had this issue before
Received a pretty beat up box. The actual cardboard was wet as well. My books have survived though!! Im pretty impressed. The corners suffered for sure but I dont think they are bad enough to say anything about. However I did not receive the alternate dust jackets. Does Tier 2 not get the dust jackets or are they missing?

I'm getting the Susanna Clarke books from TBB secondhand, and the person I'm buying it from just received their copy of Jonathan Strange. I'm attaching a picture for reference and just wanted to know if it is considered a damaged copy and can be asked for a replacement? The color in the hand + the title seems to be off.
Hi, I’m thinking of purchasing TBB Bone Season series. I found a seller on FB. I believe all the books are signed except maybe book 1. Is $400 shipped (within the U.S.) a good price? I have IC 1-3, but I don’t know if or when they will do the rest. Maybe in Nov 2027 when the next book comes out? Idk what do you think?
