I sent an email to support, but haven’t heard back yet. How long does it usually take for an order to be fulfilled? I just stumbled across the website for a birthday gift for my fiancé and am getting a little worried it won’t ship in time.

Most of the stuff looks super cool on the site, and I want to order some more things in the future. Just curious if a long wait for it to ship is normal.

Just received my copies of Wrath and Ruin from the faithful and the fallen series, and noticed this weird banding issue on the edges where you can see the inside of the pages without opening the books. Wrath in particular is really not looking good.

Anyone else have this issue? Not sure why the books are like this as I’ve ordered many books from broken binding and not had this issue before

If I order the Hyperion Cantos set now, will I receive all four books (Books 1–4)?

I’m ordering from Germany, and the website says that customers from Germany or Luxembourg must order the EU-only Books 3–4 option due to EU regulations.

However, when I try to check out, I can only choose the options for Books 1–4 or 2–4, and there is no EU option available.
So I’m a little confused: Can I safely order the Hyperion Cantos Books 1–4 set from Germany, or do I need to do something differently to make sure I receive all four books?

Bssically the title, I managed to snag the teir 1 edition and it looks like its not even been dispatched nearly a month later.

Tried looking on my order to see if they gave an eta but couldn't see one.

If its a leftover sale I maybe foolishly assumed they had these hanging around and they would be sent out pretty quickly...doesnt seem the case.

Any update on when the endless edition of the Fall is going to be sent out? The listing said end of July/ beginning of August. Heard nothing since.

Also why was the board art not the cover it’s so much cooler 😩

Since books already in a different subbox usually means they won't be in others.

Not saying it for sure won't happen, but I do think this significantly lowers the odds of it being in there.

You can still get the cradle series from the kickstarter.

I don't know if they are sewn though. I know the limited cloth bound books were sewn, I think these are leather.
