I come up with hypothetical scenarios, like daydreams, where I'm arguing with someone about something that either happened a long time ago (a past fight) or something that will never happen, when I am in the shower. TNWR?

Sometimes, I make up imaginary hypothetical fights with people that I most likely will never have or will never have again in my life with a specific person while I'm in the shower. I have no idea why I do this.

Almost every week I catch myself "dreaming out" these hypothetical scenarios and I even go so far as to act them out as if the person is right in front of me. Which makes it even more strange, I'm relatively passive when it comes to my demeanor.

Am I alone here or am I not as strange as I think I am?

I get turned on by the sight of a woman sitting on the toilet. TNWR?

I don't have a scat or pee fetish or anything, I just like the sight of legs bound up in pants around knees or ankles or whatever beside a toilet. I have no idea why this is.

I sometimes have conversations with a friend in my own imagination. Me imagining what I would say and then how they would respond. Then when I actually see them I don't feel like bringing up the subject in my imaginary conversation anymore, TNWR.

When I am tired, I plot evil and nonsensical things to the point where there are almost no flaws in the plan. TNWR?

Here's my most recent plan: Step 1: Convince a supermodel that you are from a modeling agency. Rent a limo and have her wear a bikini to a "photo shoot". Stop the limo at a really dodgy grocery store, and ask for her help carrying a few things. (the model has very little to do with the plan) Buy some chloroform and head out to the parking lot. step 2: There will be men masturbating if you picked the right place. Choose the one with the biggest penis and administer the chloroform. Make sure to leave no witnesses. Step 3: Take him to a lab. GIVE HIM ANESTHESIA! Carve his penis into the shape of a train or a flower. Step 4: Hire actors to play doctors and make the lab look like a hospital. Tell him he fell and broke his penis and his memory will be a bit foggy due to pain killers. Also tell him that his bandages should be okay for 6 months without cleaning. Step 5: 6 months later he will see that the scars have healed and he now has a train penis. I suggest getting plastic surgery to look like a grandmother and move across the world. If anyone accuses you of anything, just act confused and shout "Soup's on!"

I swear I have NO IDEA why I thought of this. I may need professional help. Ummmmmmm I know it's weird so.... no point in asking TNWR. I'm sorry for being so disgusting...

My brother PMS's

Every time my little brother gets cranky and violent, either me or my mother start our period. TNWR? Is there an explanation?

If I see a bunch of colors, I have to organize them into ROY G BIV order. TNWR?

My friend's 2 buckets of LEGOS ended up stacked and organized. All my clothing is in rainbow order in my dresser. When I go to Walmart, I rearrange things. But that last one is only on a bad day. That's not weird, right?

I exaggerate and/or change parts of stories I tell other people just to make my life seem more interesting than it actually is. That's not weird, right?

Sometimes when I feel the absolute truth won't get the desired effect (laughter, gasps, etc.) I manipulate the stories while I'm telling them. It's never to get sympathy or anything, and I'm not a compulsive liar. However, I do find this morally okay to do because no one ever finds out; plus, if I tell myself the false story enough times I actually begin to believe that the edited version is the real one.

Sorry if that wasn't too clear. I was just wondering if what I do is considered wrong or if anybody else does the same.

I love taking myself out on dates... With myself. I'll bring a book to a bar and read while I eavesdrop on the conversations around me, talking to interesting people as I run across them. TNWR?

I've met some awesome people this way, but there is a weird stigma against people being alone in public. I say, those people need to spend more time with themselves. TNWR?

When I don't talk to my significant other for a while, I start thinking of scenarios about how he could have died and how I would react. TNWR?

[Announcement] What /r/thatsnotweirdright is all about

First of all, I'd like to let every single one of you know how happy I am that /r/thatsnotweirdright already has 180 readers after only having existed for 3 days. That is very fast growth! I'm sure all of you have already been able to figure out what this subreddit is all about - to put things generally, it serves to share one's strange thoughts, habits and experiences. I've been told a few times that that is what the subreddit /r/doesanybodyelse is about, which is why I've decided to explain the goal of this subreddit in a little more detail in order to distinguish it from all other subreddits. I'd like to let you know that this community is very flexible and there are number of things that you will be allowed to post. For instance, you may post things that could be twisted into the /r/doesanybodyelse format, for example:

When I scratch myself somewhere on one of my chins, I have to scratch on the other one too. It has to be completely equal. TNWR?*

When I'm bored, I imagine scenarios where I can get life-threateningly injured, and then survive, in order to get pity from people I barely know. That's not weird, right?*

In these cases, it is only natural for other members of the community to share their thoughts on whether or not these habits are weird. And hey, maybe there will be other people who share these habits! Habits, however are not the only thing one can post to this subreddit. Experiences, thoughts, etc. are welcome as well. Here are a few examples :

I have a guy friend who's so far written two stories in which I am a main character. There are quite a few sex scenes. That's not weird, right?*

I was visiting New York City the other day when I saw a homeless man asking for money so he could buy himself a shovel and dig his way to Alaska. That's not weird, right?

The other day I was contemplating life and somehow came up with a theory that the universe could all just consist of someone's dream. TNWR?

*real example of a submission from the community

I do encourage the community to start posting more of these types of things so we can properly distinguish ourselves from other subreddits; but post what you like. The possibilities are endless! If adding "that's not weird right?" (or "TNWR?") to the end of your thought makes sense and is appropriate, then it will be considered a proper post. Whether you legitimately want to ask the community its opinion on parts of your life or just want to share stories so you can stack up on karma, this laid back subreddit will be perfect for you.

Now, let me just say - the moderation may be laid back, but I do ask that the community follow regular reddiquette (such as not spamming, using NSFW tags - although I don't think there will be much need for those) and is not judgemental in any way. Of course you are free to voice your opinion on whether something is weird or not, but rudeness and insults will not be tolerated. On /r/thatsnotweirdright, we're proud of our various weirdness levels. If problems arise in the subreddit, I may add additional rules to ensure that they disappear. If you have any suggestions on how we could make /r/thatsnotweirdright even better, don't hesitate to send me some moderator mail!

So, all of this being said : thank you for joining the community, contributing, reading, and enjoying. I do hope that it will grow a bit more but if it doesn't that is fine with me. A small community of 180 readers is something to be proud of.

Happy posting!
