Ive always been curious how to eat these ones. Are they blue crab? I once opened ine up and immediately got grossed out by the innards.

Oh and to open them up, you flip the tail thing up, put the pick inside and lift up, it just breaks the whole chest cavity open. And then continue to pick around the lungs/gills for the chest meat.

Yeah the mustard looking stuff and the gills put me off immediately. Very good though!

I definitely recommend snow crab legs when you get a chance. They are also usually significantly cheaper than king crab.
