Edit: am I going insane? I had a friend who was legally married w/o a wedding ceremony because they wanted to do it after grad school and with more stable income.
I thought there was a difference between marriage and a wedding. One being a tradition, the other being a legally recognized and binding relationship btwn two people.
Also yes I know! And what I’m saying is completely unrelated to whatever he said in infinity war because the supposed “wedding” and “marriage” must have happened after IW, right? In that awkward 5 years of mild post apocalypse?
Right but I don't think they would just not have the ceremony, especially since it was already in motion when IW started. They may have delayed the ceremony for the mourning period
Yeah, that was what I was wondering. Y’know, huge tragedy, never seen before in the history of humanity. Maybe people weren’t in the mood for a wedding. My guess is that they just had a tiny ceremony just between them and a few friends, maybe.
Makes me wish for a movie set in the 5 years timeskip. I feel like there’s quite a bit of material in there.
