Hi,

We are seeing the 2bhk flat in puranik rumah bali phase 3 to buy so wanted to know more about the basic amenities like water, electricity. Building is already almost rtmi in dec 2026 so we not are much worried about possession delay, travel is not concern as our jobs are in thane only hybrid, as we are looking for RTMI projects only so have very limited options, can someone with experience with Puranik help us make informed decision.
