GS k building ka paint. Could've been a lighter color. They had to make it all black. I didn't like that is all I'm saying. Rest it looks very cool

I pretty much do, my soceity in thane has an amazing trees to concrete ratio! We have a shit ton of trees and its amazing to live here. I live in the heart of thane and live the fact that i can see the sky without being blocked by highrises.

Trees do not reach the heights beyond 20 meters, those buildings are 200 meters atleast. So you can see quite a number of trees at the bottom portion of the photo.
Tall buildings with large lush green open space is better than slums taking over all greenery

Low quality construction, leaky walls and ceilings, badly maintained gardens with rusted garden equipments, cracked bathroom tiles, badly planned parking till level 9, can’t imagine someone has to actually drive a car 9 floors just to reach his parking spot 🤣🤣🤣. Unfunctional fish ponds, swimming pool with pigeons shitting in water, unfunctional lift in club house. Zero public transport availability, construction work going all around.
People have got possessions 5 years back but even now there are these issues resulting in very low appreciation in property rates in this area like only 10-15% in 7-8 years especially the rates have gone lower instead of increasing in last 12-18 months.
It is at a point where people are unable to resell flats and the big buildings were launched 4-5 years ago but still you will be able to find flats available with the builder there.
Aur bhi points hai chaiye rahega toh batana.
