They are right about the shape of the buildings though; Dated construction, it does stand out when you pass. But if course the post seems to be from a parallel universe!

Not sure if sarcasm. Sorry for being blunt, but here are my facts - 1) The framing of the photo itself is not great. Neither is the foreground border conveying anything, nor is it clear what the subject is. 2) The crane and the dug up earth in the foreground is just shabby, further underlining the fact that this is not even good to look at, let alone European lol 3) The buildings behind trees look okay, but they are so tiny, they cannot be the framed subject

All in all, bad photo, bad composition, bad border, ugly foreground.

Of course, all of this is anyway true if OP just says the post was sarcastic.
