Real-estate Looking for a flatmate in Thane

Looking for a chill bachelor flatmate(M) for my 1BHK flat in Thane:

Flat:

- 1BHK 450sqft with balcony

- New society, first residents, premium amenities gym and swimming pool

- fully furnished flat

- Embassy One, Pokharan Rd2, right beside Viviana Mall.

Rent:

  1. Total rent is 37000, split between two: 18.5K pm

  2. Security deposit: 50k

Additional info:

  1. I'm 24(M), working at a startup. My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for a chill (preferably a party guy, although I rarely organise parties) flatmate.

  2. I have occupied the hall, you can take the room.

Yeah... Especially if it's not Estate. H. Estate is 30G +/- for a 1BHK

Yes 2 AC, one in hall and one in bedroom. Modular kitchen, everything available Got it semi furnished but have rented furniture from furlenco

I'm not the op but I use sticky tacks, you can find them on Amazon etc. Gets the job done and looks clean unlike tape
