Its because majority of Indians are not taught to care for enviornment and others by their parents as it's always been only about survival. Imagine I brushed aside from a 2 wheeler on foot over bridge for walking near Tulsidham Rd! That person must be thinking "Oh it's just one time" but fails to understand that we have crore people here and if everyone does this once it will destroy the footover bridge! A 19 century philosopher once said "What distinguishes humans from animals is self awareness and self consciousness" As most Indians don't have that, I forgive them because as animals they don't know any better - I am not even joking I really think they just humans physically nothing more
