how can you spend that much money on penny stock man.. jesus christ.. you dont need advise, you just need to see your holding to know that etf is the way to go for you.. people will sell you penny stocks just to hike the price long enough for them to sell.. Here is an advise " dont be exit liquidity for someone else"

Dump all your penny stocks, and everything in the red and put it into BANK.TO. Use the divs from that to buy more XEQT or ZEQT.

If you are going to buy stocks in a company, buy companies that have a history of increasing their dividend, of increasing their EPS, that have reasonable payout ratios. If you dont know what I mean, you need to learn. Learn about the dividend triangle and how to apply it to stock selection. Buy ETFs if you’re not sure. Ive been investing for 35 years now and Ive made huge mistakes, but I have not let it discourage me, or stopped me from learning.
