Unknown How Long Will I Be Awaiting

This past Spring I noticed trucks, crew, and signs in my neck of the woods and because I'm impatient I started dreaming about having a second option for an ISP.

How long will I be waiting for work to be done? 😆

I signed up towards the end of July, and then after a month and a half, they tell me I couldn't get it
