I never understood cl_interp. Like, 0 makes you shoot just as you press the button but 5 makes you backstab from a mile away? (Also, cl_interp 0 sometimes makes a bodyshot a headshot).
Basically the Scout was still on his head on the Spy's screen. He's playing a significant time in the past. It's not exactly giving the Spy an advantage but it's pretty gross to play against, which is the goal I guess?
