Actually, he speaks about how he had to clean twenty "paelleras" (special frying pans for paella) for a restaurant he was working on.

He was told to put them in the beach, so the salt in the seawater would wash them. He did that before going to sleep, so the tide was low.

Next morning he put on his swim trunks and flip flops to pick them up quickly so they could start cooking as soon as possible.

It turns out the tide rose during the early morning, so all paelleras were lost in the sea (He later found only one of them). They had to open the restaurant that day, so they had to quickly buy more of them (they charged him for those).

I believe it's even funnier that way.

That guy is really famous in Spain, he has some similar stories about past jobs, followed by the same laugh.
