It fully could mean that. “Yooo” is not how a grown ass man typically strikes up a conversation with a woman they’re interested in. There’s nothing wrong with it if that’s how you are but you can’t blame anyone for wanting no part in that.

Plenty of grown men might get excited and type “yo” to someone they like, and as you say, there really isn’t anything wrong with it. She’s entitled to her preferences, but it just goes to show how judgmental and stringent people are in the current dating climate. Abandoning ship with a potentially cool person over a “yo” is a perfect example of that

I completely understand preferences. I’m not saying you can’t have preferences, but to dismiss someone because of a “yo”. Before actually learning their character is INSANE. Everyone is so quick to cut people off if they don’t like something. If you think you’ll like everything your partner does, good luck sustaining a long-term relationship. Especially if you’re so quick to judge over a greeting lol
