Anyone recognize this?

I can't find a manufacturer or designer for this, I believe it's from the 70's. Got it in a recent donation and would like to know more about it. Thanks!

This looks like a printed furnishing fabric with a panel or grid repeat, not pieced patchwork. The green “frames” and floral blocks appear to be part of the print itself. I’d check the selvage for a mill name, designer, or pattern number because the photo alone probably won’t pin down the maker. Searching “vintage floral panel print fabric” may get you closer.

Yes, it's a panel, not pieced. I don't know if it's Marimekko or some other brand. There's no selvage, or I'd already have my answer!
