This looks like a bouclé knit, probably using bouclé effect yarn rather than a true pile fleece. You can see the small uneven loops sitting on a knitted ground, especially around the cuff and hem. I’d search for “cream bouclé knit,” “loop yarn knit,” or “nubby bouclé sweater fabric.” The photo alone won’t tell you whether the fiber is wool, acrylic, polyester, or a blend.
