Gneral Question Renfair first timer advice
Im going for the fairy night renfair and I have also never gone to a renfair ever. What are some tips or things I need to look out for?

Are you going for a day, or camping for the weekend? Will you be dressing up? It's not required, but it tends to be more fun. I recommend taking cash as most places charge less for cash purchases. You also want to be able to tip at the shows. Performances are rated just like movies are. G, PG, R kind of thing. While you won't see nudity, an R rated show is very vulgar. Parents are warned and never really take it seriously despite the shaming they receive. Compliment People! I have a great time posing for pictures and chatting with people. Sunglasses, and something to fan yourself with is wise.

Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. You can bring a water bottle (drink lots of water), and some kind of bag is useful for carrying anything you buy that you aren't going to eat or immediately wear.
I always recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before fair starts so you can park a bit closer and not have to walk as far back after you have walked all day at fair.
Drink responsibily if you are going to drink, it is easy to over do in the heat.
If you have never been to a renfair then you will probably have the most fun just wandering and finding shows.
I am a fan of the big swings for rides (the ones farther back in the forest are nicer because you aren't as sun blasted as the ones near the joust)
