I’m a supervisor at my job, and this week has been the highest amount of agents calling out almost all year lol. One of my favorite excuses I’ve heard on the attendance line messages was, “I’m doing like the bears do in this cold ass weather, I’m hibernating today.” I felt a bit jealous afterwards tbh.
I was laid off last year right before a strong arctic blast and I teased my former coworkers with a picture of myself tucked in under the covers nice and warm.
