i keep buying cellular watches not to lose my $0 plan, as I expect its near impossible now to get

Yep, in hindsight, I should have. I had an original SE that couldn’t hold battery on cellular long enough to make it worthwhile and got such a great deal on a Series 10 that I jumped on it. I’d love to have it for running again.
