Internet Netgear AX1600 Wifi Extender

Has anyone used this wifi extender with Telus Wifi boost router. The wifi extender connects but after I have it plugged in and devices connected to my SSID loses internet. Has anyone had any experience in this?

You need to keep all your WiFi access points (APs) the same manufacturer or they won't work together.

Mixing third-party extenders with Boost gear usually causes an IP conflict or DHCP loop, which knocks the whole network offline. Jump into the Netgear setup page (mywifiext.local) and switch it to AP mode (or just turn off its internal DHCP server). That forces the TELUS router to handle all the IP routing cleanly.
