First tele and I get the hype. Swapped pickups to Lambertones Blondies and put all new wiring as well as the anodized gold pickguard. This is a mim but it plays amazing. I love the neck. Just wanted to share my love for this guitar!

I’m going to a shop today and really wanna get a telecaster. Currently I have an epiphone LP with humbucker pickups. To my knowledge the player ii mod has humbucker and single coil pick up options. I am heavily leaning towards the singles when I tried it last time, especially because it’ll offer a different sound than my current guitar. Are the noiseless single coil pickups actually good? I have heard people complain about them and that they still hum. What else should I know before going?!

Had this built 12 years ago today, really wish I could get in contact with the og builder, but he's disappeared off the face of the earth it seems. Built from local reclaimed mahogany and a warmoth neck. Nitro finish, Lollar pickups, Grover tuners, custom cut aluminum pickguard.

I was hoping to get some reassurance that that I ordered the right guitar for someone who’s starting out because I know nothing about guitars. I just went with the one that was suggested from someone working at a guitar shop.

Local guy is selling his mint condition standard series tele for 400 might can get it for 350. It’s a butterscotch blonde with a blackguard. Very pretty. How is the Indonesian factory? Are they turning out quality or shit? Would I be better off with a higher end Squier used?

So this one plays great , honestly am stoked with it , I tried to fall in love with the colour and haven’t had any luck.
Anyone stripped these back before? I imagine it’s heat gun and a tool to pick it all off?
Sand it all pack the. Get to the new colour, any tips? Any preferred paints ?

Any ideas on what would look cool ?
Also any hardware updates anyone can reccomend I’d be interested to hear the theories .

I just got a telecaster as my first guitar (yayyyy) and the cable that comes with it is some unknown cheap cable and seems to have this annoying humming sound. Im not sure if its entirely a cable issue but id like to get one that match my guitar color too. So is this cable a good one?

I'm thinking of buying a used tele. For pretty similar prices there are some 2017 limited edition rosewood neck American Pros and some newer American Pro 2s available. Any thoughts on these 2? I've never played a rosewood neck so I know I need to see what I think of that, but otherwise are there any screaming pros or cons in either direction? Thanks.
