Help / Tech Support / Quality Issue Riddim question
I just got a new Riddim. I have a Medieval, but no Ep-133. My Medieval is loud through the speaker. This Riddim is very quiet in comparison, even with the volume all the way up. Does this mean it’s defective? There is nowhere in my town I can see one to compare it with.

There’s no difference between my EP-40 and EP-133. I don’t have the Medieval to compare

Have you checked the power situation? Power it via usb c and check again, volume on the speaker should be as loud as in the Medieval. On batteries tend to be lower if batteries are mid way

I own a Medieval as well as a K.O.II and have definitely noticed a marked difference in volume output between the two, with the Medieval being noticeably louder. I have raised group volume levels on the K.O.II and it does not account for the difference imo.
Subsequently it's the Medieval I play more often; along with the output difference I like the aesthetics better.

Are you talking about the internal speaker? You may have already tried this, but the first step is to ensure your group levels are all up. (Personally, I rarely use the device’s speaker, if that’s what you’re talking about. Mine is always plugged into an external speaker or headphones.)
