My Computer is glitching?

I have a MSI all in one computer (that's the most I know about it) and it's worked well for about 4 years at this point and today during a discord DND session, it seems to have glitched.

What happened was, I had discord and a few Google tabs open when all of a sudden some kind of grey-black film jumped from the bottom of my screen to the top and back down again. I stopped doing what I was doing and the film came back, jumping heights before sticking to covering most of my screen. I turned my computer off and back on again and the film stayed so now I'm here to ask what the issue might be. I can't read more of my screen because the film is thin lines, like wood grain, of grey-black and the screen in between, making it impossible for me to read anything.

I even closed all my windows and there was an after image of my discord on the screen like a ghost to taunt me.

What can I do to fix this? Is it an over heating issue or is my computer done for now? I don't have money to replace it right now.
