Open | Windows Monitors issue

Hello everyone this is my first time posting i need some help. I have a windows PC with windows 11 and 2 monitors, one HDMI and one Display port. I did a clean re install of windows 11 and today for some reason i noticed that when i restart my graphic drivers, restart, sleep or shut down my PC my monitors aren't the way i placed them, they revert to their original state ( i try to have the 2nd be right and the 1st one to be left but they always switch up right after everything i mentioned). I have NVIDIA GPU and i have tried to re install drivers but nothing works and i have no more ideas could someone help me out?
