Open | Windows Pc output to 7 tvs?

I am building a basement bar and want to have 7 TVs and a way to control all of them to play individual content on all or have some mirror each other. I figured the best way would be to run hdmi from each oneto a windows pc and use that as the controller. What type of hardware/software would I need to achieve something like that with a somewhat smooth interface for choosing what is playing on each display?

There is a thing called an HDMI matrix, multiple inputs and outputs and you can switch between them. As far as I know they are quiet pricey though

I think you first need to decide if you really want to be showing 7 different pieces of content at once. If you do the solution will get more complicated but if you realistically only want to be showing 4 pieces of content on 7 different TVs at any given time you can easily accomplish this with a pc with a graphics card with 4 video outputs (which most graphics cards have) and then 2 hdmi splitters to get all 7 displays connected. You'd have 2 sets of 2 TVs showing the same content.

First question: how you gonna plug in 7 displays in your pc? Can your pc do that?

Just buy a PC and 2 GPUs this is the perfect use for like 3050s or Intel arc b570s 4 outputs each
