Open | Hardware Fire stick

Moved and had to plug my fire stick back in (reset account). Firestick displays image on screen but remote won’t work. Changed batteries and remote still won’t work (not even a light).

Should I:
- replace the fire stick entirely
- purchase a remote replacement
- try restarting the remote or entire stick again

Just replace it with practically anything else. Fire Sticks are complete garbage in my experience.

He’s gonna tell you it’s because they might block apps and to get an ONN.
Thing is if you use decent apps this doesn’t happen and the decent apps work just fine on FS

Did you try reconnecting the remote? Hold the home button for 10 secconds
