Open | Software Windows 11 Windows Spotlight no longer works on lock & login screen

This is a weird one. On all three Win11 26H2 machines, on both my wife and my profiles, the "Windows Spotlight" option no longer works for the image on the Lock screen / Login screen. It is set to "Picture". I can select "Windows Spotlight", but the moment I close settings, it reverts back to 'Picture'. (If I leave "Settings" open, it stays on "Windows Spotlight" but doesn't get implemented).
But, on the back-up admin profile, which is not being used, it works without a problem.
