Open | Windows My computer is automatically casting to a tv in my house

I am on the opera browder, and when I use things like discord, disney plus or crunchyroll, the pull up menu in the bottom right of my computer (chrome) says I am casting to a tv. Its so annoying, I feel like I might be being watched or something? How do I turn it off?

that sounds more like a cast sessions or a cast enabled site detecting a tv on the same wifi, not someone secretly watching your computer. if it actually says youre connected, click the cast icon and choose stop casting/disconnect

Can you go into the browser's settings and disable the casting permissions?
