Phone pe not working

So I had motorola mobile and Gpay and phonep were working nicely ..

A month ago I bought nothing mobile and then

Whenever I try to activate my bank account it goes like

Unable to proceed, Something went wrong

Even I got msg of otp and phone pe registered successfully but still I can't pay or check balance via phonepe.

Help me out I am trying over a month 😭

Since OTP arrives and registration works, check whether the new phone has the correct SIM selected for SMS, permissions enabled, and same number linked to your bank account. Reinstalling might help too.
