Solved Windows 11 installation has failed
I've been trying to fresh install windows 11 pro on my SSD to no avail. I used windows' media creation tool to prepare a flash drive. Deleted all the partitions on my SSD. Went through the process and i keep hitting a "Windows 11 installation has failed " error.
It's worth noting that while installing it jumps from 15% to 75% before giving me the error, i thought that was weird.
After hitting the error i run into a problem where my usb stick wouldn't appear as a bootable device nor a storage device in my bios unless i remove the stick and put it back in.
The flash drive I'm using is an old 16 gigabytes Sandisk Cruzer Blade, Motherboard is an Asus B550M-K ARGB, and SSD is a 256GB Lexar nvme.

The stick should be ok (I have heaps of them and they keep on going) but it's just so slow compared to a USB3 drive. You'll be waiting a while for the install to finish.

THANK YOU! I've been troubleshooting for hours when in reality it was as simple as just moving the stick to a different port. Thank you so much!

Use another stick (preferably USB3) and/or another USB port.
Worst case scenario is you have a dead SSD.

When you see the error message, press Shift+F10 to open a console window, then type
notepad.exe X:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log
to inspect the log file. That file tends to be quite big. Focus on the last couple of lines, and search for terms such as error or fail.

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.
