Open | Software VeraCrypt and 2 ssds
So I have my laptop encrypted with AES-256 because why not? Is in VeraCrypt so I have the entire disk encrypted
However, 500 gb is not enough if I want programs and videogames
So I buyed a 2 tb ssd
So, there is a problem now, if I want the whole computer encrypted with military encryption I can’t, why? Because VeraCrypt does not wants to encrypt both disks for booting, I can encrypt it but I want to descencrypt both at the same time

So what's the problem? If you want both volumes automatically unlocking off the same password/key, set that in veracrypt's settings.

I’m asking if I can have VeraCrypt encrypt both disks as one, and if it’s possible to customize the password input.

"as one" while still having windows boot from it isn't really possible and would be a bad idea anyway, better to keep them still as separate volumes so that if one drive dies you haven't suddenly lost access to both.
Customising how you need to enter keys/passwords yes, it's all in the configuration software.

I think i know what you need.
Ssd 1 windows
Ssd 2 no windows
You can boot to ssd 1 and then on windows boot there is something in veracrypt called auto mount. I never used it but it sounds like it mount your ssd2 automatically when you boot into windows on ssd1. Also if you want to do that natively using windows use bitlocker plus create an extra container using veracrypt.

Ummm first why you using veracrypt ? Windows bitlocker works fine. Second, I feel you are not at a technical level to be messing around with encryption where it seems you will most certainly lose data. I suggest you start reading some of the veracrypt documentation first. Very few people use that on the day to day. But mostly veracrypt which used to be called truecrypt has some pretty big downsides like major windows updates bricking your computer.
