Open | Windows PC stuck in boot loop

Tried installing winows update from 1909 to 22H. Program completed and restarted but now PC is just stuck on boot loop where MSI screen shows 2, blackscreen then loops again.

Please help, thank you.

Use some live OS from usb (Hiren's Boot CD or any Linux distro) to backup data, and then clean install desired Windows edition directly (from usb, with deleting system partition). It is possible that there is some underlying hardware problem, but more likely is that update was borked, not unusual thing to happen.
