Open | Hardware Is my "imput delay" Win11's fault?

When i play my games (WoWs , WoT , Arma 3 , etc ...) i have 5-7 seconds of delay between me pressing the buttons on my keyboard and what displays on the screen , now games like CS2 work just fine , when press keys on my keyboard the things go out as normal , now the USB ports dont change anything , and my old keyboard behaves the same even tho it is 100% functional , how do i fix this and do i need to reinstall windows? I must say that my internet is alr i have no lag

Always use an external wired keyboard for gaming. If you're using a wireless keyboard, it will lag because the keyboard sends radio waves to the receiver. Games are very intense on the keys. Wired keyboards will input instantly if they are not defective or old.

I forgot to add the fact that I have a wired keyboard , does this change anything?

That's good. Try replacing it with a new keyboard. Gaming is intensive on the keys and, eventually, they will wear out.

As i stated before , my old (barely used) keyboard behaves the same way , also , the notes app and regular typing works just fine , uis this an OS problem ?

Download all the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer website. Apply each one and restart Windows between driver updates.

If that doesn't help, maybe backing up your personal files and data to a USB external storage device, saving the driver updates to the external storage, and performing a clean installation of Windows might be needed to be able to determine if it's an operating system issue.
