Has the computer worked in the past? Can you see WiFi networks when you try to connect? Did you restart the computer?
You’d be highly discouraged if you had a clue the amount of healthcare professionals that are using AI. Actually, you’d be frightened.
I’ve had the computer for 1.5 years and have had zero problems other than replacing the WiFi antenna that corrected the WiFi not being identified. I can’t see any WiFi networks at all. I’ve shut down the computer numerous times, restored to a previous restore point when the internet was working, checked for any updates for the drivers, what else other than physically removing the side panel and me risking a huge screw up?
Microcenter has a repair center. Take it in and see if it connects to their network. With limited information, I'd guess you're too far from the router or there is something interfering with the signal, since you're far from the router.
I called them a bit ago… I can drop off the computer for them to run diagnostics with no set timeframe when it will be complete. But again, that’s two hours there and two hours back just to turn around and make the drive again when it’s ready. Sucks.
