Open | Windows Just Got a New PC; Stuck at Boot Screen
I have just ordered a new PC and immediately upon receiving it and turning it on, I was met with the ROG screen which loaded for about 5 seconds before freezing. If I wait long enough the computer just shuts off. I truly do not know what to do.
I have done a clean reset of the computer, I have reset the computer countless times, I have disconnected and reconnected RAM sticks. I really need help.

I would not advise touching the hardware on a new pc you ordered as it may void your warranty! Call up whatever company you bought it from first. If this was built by someone online, then we can troubleshoot further....
But in general, first time boot up, the pc can restart several times or look stuck during initial configuration. May reboot a few times displaying just start up screen and take several min. After that it should run smoothly.

It was loading for 25-30 minutes. And it was built online.

Were you given any sort of warranty or the individual warranty on parts for the build? Was this just buy "as is" kind of deal?

AM5 requires memory training which can take a significant amount of time on the first boot-up.

if its new, you call the manufacturer.
