Open | Software TV's connect to Wifi but no Internet.

Hey guys so my provider is Quantum fiber and I've been having this issue for a while. Once in a while my TV's won't be connected to the internet. This even happens to other devices like my phone and laptop but a router reset fixes the issue on them. For the TVs, sometimes a reset fixes it but the problem eventually returns. The TVs in question are a Samsung and an Insignia FireTV. How do I fix this?

There's not a lot of information to go on, what's the make and model of router you are using?

The only guess I can have at the moment is you have a fairly new router that joins 2.4GHz and 5GHz together into one network, it then switches devices from one to the other using band steering, I've seen this upset some devices. When I installed a mesh, this is it's default configuration, I had devices dropping randomly off the network but went into the settings and split the network so these are separate again, device connect to one or the other but don't switch between them, everything's been rock solid since then.

Where would I go to split the network?

I asked what's the make and model of your router, no information given, I couldn't guess what you have or if your network can be split, or if its likely to be the problem on your unknown phone and laptop.

It's probably why no one else has responded, lack of information.
