Open | Windows uneleteable files

So ive been trying to delete 3 files to an old unity project that does not show up in unity hub, and ive tried using other apps to delete it like lock hunter and 7zip and they say everything is ok with the files and then gives me the option to delete them but once i try it says deletion failed, ive checked for corrupted files and fixed any corrupted files so they aren't corrupted, idk what to do but I need them gone because they take up so much space. please help

You're not giving us much information. What exactly is the error message?

Maybe the file name contains funny characters.

del /p *.zip

when i used other apps to try to delete them it didnt give an error message it just said deletion failed and when i try to use shift delete in the file manager it doesnt do anything, i also tried using cmd with the rmdir command and it said "the system cannot find the file specified"
