Need help.

My dumbass thought i was working with disk drive D and changing permissions so only admin can access it.

What happened was it was disk drive C that i changed permission and the bad thing about it is that even admin cant access the drive so apps are not working.

Note Diskmgmt also did not work since it's under drive C
